Player Privilege abuse is defined as, and only as, a players misuse of powers granted to him or her in trust.

Player Privelage abuse examples:
Player spawns items when told not to.
Player uses props, toolgun, or entities to hinder, dampen, or destroy roleplay.
Player abuses ability to create characters with white lists, in any and all attempts to hinder or destroy other players role play or morale.
